Every religion says, "Do this, and you'll be saved."
Judaism: Keep the Law.
Islam: Follow the Five Pillars.
Buddhism: Achieve enlightenment.
Hinduism: Fulfill your karma.
Christianity says the opposite:
"You can't do enough. So Yeshua did it for you."
Good Works Don't Save You
"For by grace you have been saved through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of G-d—not by works, so that no one can boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Salvation isn't a reward. It's a gift.
You don't earn gifts. You receive them.
Isaiah Saw It
"All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags." (Isaiah 64:6)
Even your best efforts fall short.
That's why you need a Savior.
Not a coach. Not a teacher. Not a role model.
Someone who can do for you what you can't do for yourself.
Yeshua Did What You Couldn't
He lived the perfect life you couldn't live.
He died the death you deserved.
He rose from the grave to prove it worked.
Now salvation is offered freely to anyone who receives it.
So Stop Trying to Earn It
You can't be good enough. Religious enough. Moral enough.
You just have to trust Him.
Receive the gift. Let Him save you.
That's it.
